Season 3 Episode 35; Film Maker Faceoff with Liz and Ryan (#112)

This week on Deep Cuts, we’re joined by Liz and Ryan, the hosts of Filmmaker Faceoff, for a fun conversation about movies, making connections, and some seriously deep pop culture knowledge!

We chat about how Liz and Ryan first met on The Floor, Ryan’s early career working on cult favourites like The Monster Squad and Kids Incorporated, and how their own filmmaking journeys led them to hosting Filmmaker Faceoff. Along the way, we get into their experiences in the industry, the projects that have shaped their careers, and what happens when filmmakers put their movie knowledge to the test.

Then it’s time to play Deep Cuts, where three films, a whole lot of actors, and some unexpected connections make for a fantastic game. Liz and Ryan bring their A-game, but who will come out on top when the credits roll?

Great guests, great stories, and a game packed with memorable faces from some beloved films. You won’t want to miss this one!
